Supports the academic, personal, and interpersonal development of UNC Charlotte students by providing short-term individual and group counseling; consultation for faculty, staff, parents, and students; and educational programs to the campus community. Need Help Now? UNC HealthLink is a free service of the UNC Charlotte Counseling Center and Student Health Center. Part of the UNC Health Care system, HealthLink nurses can discuss your immediate needs, how to manage your current problem, and how to follow-up to get the assistance you need.
Campus dining is an important part of your college experience. Chartwells College & University Dining Services offer a variety of plans tailored to students needs. Their goal is to make your dining experience the best it can be by providing good, nutritious food in a fun and relaxing atmosphere.
The Niner Student Pantry, located in Colvard Room 3135, offers food assistance of a variety of non-perishable food items at no charge. Eligible students must have a current UNC Charlotte student ID (#800); and not be part of a campus meal plan. The Pantry is open select days of the week. Contact the Dean of Students Volunteer Services office, 704-677-0361, for additional information. Volunteer opportunities are also available.

Provides primary medical care, disease prevention, health education, wellness promotion, and various specialty services, including allergy injections, immunizations, gynecology, physical therapy, and HIV screening to all registered UNC Charlotte students. In addition, the Student Health Center can help students become compliant with their Immunization requirements.
All students are required to either demonstrate proof of insurance or purchase a University Student Health Insurance Plan through the UNC Charlotte Student Health Center.
