The Graduate School's "Orientation for New Students" is designed to introduce you to the University, the graduate community and the broad range of resources and services available to support your success. In addition to learning about the policies that govern your studies at UNC Charlotte, you will hear from experienced graduate students on a variety of subjects, such as living in Charlotte, being a non-traditional student or the importance of finding a mentor.
The New Graduate Student Orientation will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2016 in the McKnight Auditorium from 10:00a.m. - 1:30p.m. Want to see the detailed schedule? Download "Niner DestiNation" in your Apple or Android app store and search for the Graduate School's Center for Graduate Life Guide. All Windows phone users or students without smartphones can view the app online here. The app also showcases campus resources, a wealth of information for new grads and how to get involved in your Charlotte community!
Free parking will be available on August 20th in the West Deck. If you require special accomodations, please contact the Center for Graduate Life directly at: 704-687-5661.
