In this graduate student workshop/webinar, Keith Andrews, Human Resources and Organizational Development Consultant, will address the eight elements necessary for positive relationship building in the work environment that can lead to successful career progression. Beginning with a discussion on how one measures career success and the price paid to achieve that success, Andrews will share insights gained from over 30 years professional experience in the organizational development field about how graduate students can grow their career by living by their core principles/values, finding a balance between work-life, establishing good working relationships, addressing conflict, possessing a strong orientation to performance, and leading by learning.
